Before submitting a ticket, here are some things to know that will help us, help you.
Free Version vs Ultimate Version
iTracker360 Ultimate clients will receive a response as soon as posssible, most likely within 24 hours. For users on our Free Version, support is very limited.
If you are having problems getting iTracker to work
- *Send us the URL* to where your web form is located at so we can inspect your form. Most of the time we can inspect the page and tell you pretty quickly what your issue might be.
- Video walk throughs or screen shots are welcomed!
If you need help with getting your iTracker working on Leadpages, Unbounce, or another 3rd party web form provider.
- We reserve our time to help our iTracker Ultimate members. If you are on a free account, we most likely won't be able to help if you are trying to integrate with a 3rd party form service. Feel free to check out any of the tutorial videos we have provided.
- Some 3rd party forms, we just can't support due to the way they handle form data.
- We try to answer support tickets as soon as we can. We don't have set hours, sometimes you can catch us on a weekend, or even late night. We try to be available during normal 8-5 business hours. By the way, we are on central time.
- If you see any mistakes, typos, broken links, etc - just shoot us an email or send us a support ticket.
