Unable to login... Usually this is caused by...
- Can't remember my password
- Can't remember the email address I used
- I no longer have access to the email address on file
- The person who setup the account is no longer with us
For #1 and #2 above, just go to our login page and you can request a new password or see which email address we have on file for you: https://itracker360.com/member/ ** Check your spam folder in case you miss the automated email that is sent to you
For #3 and #4
If your billing is in-active and you want an iTracker Ultimate account. Just go through the purchase process and the account will be transfered to you. You will have to provide your API key again for the Infusionsoft application you are registering. Basically, we delete your API key out of our system for security reasons.
