Are you stuck seeing this message? Here are some common reasons why.
- Make sure you submit a test lead with a valid email address.
- Make sure the iTracker360 tracking snippet is on the page where you submitted your test lead. If the form is rendered inside an iFrame, you must have the iTracker360 snippet included inside the iFrame as well.
- If you are for sure the iTracker360 snippet is on the page where you submitted the test lead but this message never goes away, then contact support and send us the URL where you are submitting your test leads. We can verify that the snippet is where it should be.
